Nate and Brandi Bartmess are the husband and wife team behind Summit Estate Management, providing high-touch estate and property care services for luxury homes across the Flathead Valley. With over 30 years of combined experience in homebuilding, property oversight, and client service, we offer tailored estate management with one main goal in mind: to give homeowners peace of mind, whether they’re in town or away.
Both originally from California, Nate from San Jose and Brandi from Palm Springs, they've called Montana home for over 13 years. Nate brings decades of experience building and maintaining high-end custom homes and is known for his intuitive understanding of how properties function from the inside out. He’s deeply attuned to the “heartbeat” of a home - how it breathes, shifts with the seasons, and what it needs to thrive year round. His warm communication style and hands-on expertise make him a trusted partner to both homeowners and local tradesmen.
Brandi provides the structure behind the service. With a background in short-term rental management, home curation and staging, and concierge level care, she’s known for creating necessary systems, communicating clearly, and following through on the details. Together, they bring professionalism, reliability, and thoughtful execution to everything they do.
Married for 19 years and together for 22, Nate & Brandi are not just business partners, they're best friends. When they’re not managing homes or coordinating with clients, you’ll usually find them spending time with their teens and pets, entertaining friends, or enjoying the occasional travel escape.
